on my we console i have this message.

Important Service Notice

This notice describes an important change to your account. In December 2007
or January 2008, to provide the best service for all of our hosting
customers, we will replace your Website Services plan with a new and
improved Yahoo! Web Hosting plan.

We'll send you an email when the switch is complete.

Please watch for this email, which will indicate that your Website Services
has been deactivated, and that you can access your new plan at your Web
Hosting Control Panel.

My host is Yahoo, I moved to them about 7 years ago after my previous host gave me severe problems.
The sites have been down for 12 hours so far, and have not yet got anything back from yahoo.
I am so far unable to locate a phone number for them that works (I am in Australia)

does anyone know how to shake them up?

certainly nothing new and improved that I can notice. . . why can't they just leave things that are working alone?

Anyone know anyone at Yahoo Hosting?
