Let me ask the question again because reading results I am not sure if question is communicated well enough.

I am NOT talking about SEO for an entire new site.

The site in question (Home Testing Kits & Home Hair Drug Test Kits or Urine Drug Testing San Diego) has been up for over 5 years. My question is what to do for SEO activity now that a new subdomain (Test Kit FAQ - TestCountry Frequently Asked Questions) with FAQ questions are recently created and up. The feedback and recommendations I am trying to ask is for that purpose only.

So what to do that you have new content subdomain created with 100s of new pages on an old site. That is the question. I can see 50% of the answers apply that but the other 50% are simple learn SEO, get your site submitted to directories etc..
