thanks for the tips, apparently Dreamweaver CS3 created the scripts on a separate directory outside the document root ... and therefore I had to move it inside and voila, now is working like a charm ...
The weird thing is why it did such a thing and didn't check for dependencies ... as I had to manually move it ...
