Thanks Dubbya. I'll crunch my numbers to see what makes sense, but you're right 20 percent would definitely cover my costs and discourage returns. The reason I decided at first to go with 10% is I wanted to use the return policy seal from the same site. To use it you must agree to be 10% or under.
