I have a similar question:

I use Google Analytics and have relatively small amounts of niche traffic right now, but enough to sell advertising. I'm looking to implement ads on my sites from local vendors, not just adsense.

Anyone know a good analytic program that show's how much your banners are getting clicked on? I'd also like one with some kind of feature that would allow my advertisers to view their own click report online securely.

GA has worked well for me. I know how to track my own banner clicks, but would really like this other feature. How does one prove the clicks their giving an advertiser?
