Patience is also a factor-be patient, after launching a new site, I give it 6 months just to hit the 'break-even' point and I give it one year to do something 'substantial' - I didn't look it over that much but for the USA just remember that some spellings in the USA are different and it may help you to have both, ie. personalised and personalized....particularly if the search is for something specifically personalized!
