Hi, most of my goods are in stock, except the personalised gifts, which are personalised from the supplier and sent straight to the customer. yes, i noticed that our server went down for a few minutes. it is now back up again, but this has not happened before. I appreciate your point about terms etc, and will look into getting that simplified. Many thanks for your reply.
