Woogedy Adj. (wuh-geh-dee)
A shopping cart in a grocery store that has one or more wheels that spin around in circles when you push it. A "woogedy" cart.
A person who normally walks fine but because of a temporary "impairment" stumbles or wobbles. "A bit 'woogedy' are we?"
