I just found this exac copy of my site which is 100's 000's pages all just totally copied to some other domain!!!

Its so weird because its got my adsense and affilaite codes, so all i can think is this is some way to try and damage my ratings, what do you think??

I did a whois and its some us colege guy, I spoke to his mum and emailed him....what else can I do if he won comly and take this copy down?
