I have tried 3 times to get it changed. Here is an email that Google sent me.
They say they will phone or snail mail you. So far no luck.

The address in your local business ad comes from the way your business is listed in Google Maps. Google Maps collects business information from web sites, Yellow Pages directories, business owners, and other sources.
Occasionally, some of this information may be inaccurate or outdated.
You can edit your listing through the Local Business Center. Here's how to update your listing:
1. Go to
Google Maps.
2. Search for your business.
3. Click 'more info' next to your business name.
4. In the info window that appears, click 'Add or edit your business.'
This takes you to the Local Business Center.
5. Sign in to the Local Business Center with your Google Account.
6. Edit your business information as needed.
After you've updated your listing, you can create a new local business ad with the new address information.
