You would have to do this from the SERP that is giving the link to the other company - there is a duplicate entry most likely. Google pulls these addresses from several different databases, and duplicates are not rare. You would need to "claim" each one to get it linked to your site. Once you have the address claimed, you get access to some interesting features (such as the ability to add a coupon to your listing).

When I started claiming our addresses, I found out our company was listed over 20 times, some complete duplicates, some misspelled, and others with variations on our address or company name.
