A competing site has a client's address listed in Google under the description where it says Map of and I have written a couple of times to Google in the "dissatisfied with these results" form. While we got the address and map *added* to ours, the competing site is listed as though they have our address.

Does anyone know where I should go to complain to Google besides the "dissatisfied with results" form I mentioned?

And do you think this affects SERPs in any way???
