Default What is the best Open Content Management System?

I've been looking at open content management systems for years now, and they all seem clunky and difficult to set up/manage.
I started with PHP Nuke, and it seemed a very comprehensive solution, but it was difficult to teach to non-techies.
I then played with Drupal for a bit, and it looked like it had some good solutions.

Now, I'm looking at moving a 300+ page web site into a CMS, so I thought I'd ask: Which do you like best?
