It's a neat little logo and it looks great in the address bar. As for the title beside it? 6 of one, 1/2 dozen of the other.
I'd leave the title beside the logo on your home page. After that, in terms of branding, it's kind of redundant.
I see that you've used text for your contact info in your page header and that's fine. If you do decide to keep the text beside the logo, why not replace the title graphic (4W Web Design) with text as well and score a little higher in terms of relevance for "Web Design"?
