Same here!!
I believe they charge Publishers if they don't make any sales. These charges could be greater than any commission for publishers.
They appear to hop to some,
what I call, poor quality stuff....
For example;
Get 1,000,000 clicks for $49.00.
Make $5,000.00 a day in three easy moves.
And similar stuff.
