Neiman Marcus will gladly accept your car tire if you wish to return it.

Oddly enough Neiman Marcus does not retail car tires.

Sears grew to be as big as it did by the guarantee above their doors.

Might be some customer retention, cost savings, stats that would warrant the approach of friendly return service.

There will always be returns - anyone who has a problem with such, likely sells an inferior product or service.

Now if the guy who spent all that time trying to see which processor performed better had put the effort into producing a better product at the same price...imagine what kind of success he could achieve.

Testing to see which processor performs better, would seem to indicate low / poor profit margins....
