First the part about not guaranteeing anything is a negative sales pitch, and you are turning off any potential buyers. If you cannot stand behind the fact that the site is drawing human business targeted visitors, few people except true newbies, will buy your service.

The first ad I see, offers your competitors services.
I've yet to see McDonalds selling Burger Kings burgers......
You would be better off locking up the garden walls, and start capturing e-mail addresses for re-marketing.
