All ads, from all sources, are dynamic, based on a gazillion different variables, controlled by a bazillion different parties, all of which are subject to change at the whim of the controlling parties, and are automatically used to determine which ads get shown when & where.

What you yourself, or anyone else, see from one moment to the next is not guaranteed to be the same.
