Hello

I have been asked to carry out some work for a company who wants a members only page (password protected) where PDF .DOC documents can be uploaded and received by the website owner.

I can do password protected pages, (I've done them before and have the software) but how can documents be uploaded and received online? Is it a script or is special software needed or what?

Any help will be gratefully received.
