For the record, I know both ZenCart and CubeCart support Google Checkout. Cubecart is a lot easier to configure than either OSC or Zen, though slightly less full featured, and works out of the box for UK shops. Cubecart is free to use with a linkback, ZenCart is open source. I've worked with both and prefer either of these to the bloated OSC. Zen is actually a fork off OSC, so those who have used OSC in the past will feel comfortable with it. Both Zen and Cube allow css templating. OSC is a mass of table bloat.
