I moved my blogs from blogger to my self hosted wordpress blogs about two months ago. At the time I had to backup the posts via wordpress.com and then copy them over to my own wordpress domains. But since then the WP software has been updated and you should be able to import direct from Blogger to your Wordpress blog.
