Why? - not to sound rude, but knowing what your plans are, can help
Also, there is a HUGE difference between reselling and just being an affiliate.
1. An affiliate, is simply signing up, you get a code, you add it as a link on your site and you hope someone - clicks it, the code registers with the provider AND the person signs up with the host, then in a month or so, you get your cut
2. A reseller on the other hand has more control.
The person signs up with you, at your designated price and choice of plans and the host is essentially wholesaling the server space to you and you keep the difference.
Although you have more control, there is also more work to be done. You'll need a website, some kind of ecommerce set up and you will have to support these clients.
