Um, you depended on an outside source to save/back up YOUR stuff?
If you ARE reinstated I would highly suggest stripping out everything of value, buying your own domain name and hosting, and setting up an email with pop/smtp, where you have control of downloading and backing up your email, and don't have to worry about an ISP buyout or other madness.
