My pleasure - Here's just a few of this weeks messages - I use the pay for version as the free one is great when you start out, but as your site gets larger, so will your keywords. Each one is a potential Backlink - highly relevant and already indexed by Google. I merely link all of the news feeds into my site via RSS.
I reply in the blogs with my URL - I use my forum username in the press so that Google recognises it. In turn, they get refeed into the system.
