Try 'Thread Tools'.
If you post to a thread you are automatically subscribed to that thread, but you can also subscribe to threads you haven't posted in using the subscribe option in Thread Tools.

There are also Forum Tools that will let you subscribe to whole forums instead o fjust individual threads.
