Actually,
i25hotlanes isn't exactly free - it does require a reciprocal link. I tried to submit a site but it would not accept my submission because I hadn't provided the address of a reciprocal link.
I may add a couple of the others to my list of quality free directories at
General & Niche Directories - Free Website Submissions next time I update it.
