First, find out from the server admin which email system they've set up on the server and ask them if they've set up an email account to send messages from.

CDO, CDONTS, CDOSYS or whatever. Then you'll know which script you need to send messages.

If you're lucky, the Server Admins will even give you a sample script you can use. Don't bang your head against the wall trying to figure it out, just ask for some assistance from the hosting company.
