Hi all. You know what, the 'fixes' I implemented don't work. There are still a lot of sites on the blocked list that are making it through each week. I can see via my web stats. I don't think this .htaccess file is blocking anything. URGH.

I even went and blocked all traffic from a whole range of Chinese IP addresses, that didn't work. Blocking the URL's didn't work either.

Do any of you know .htaccess well enough to tell me why what I have posted doesn't do what it is supposed to do in terms of blocking IP addresses and referrers from specific web sites?
