Been through this...tried all the php and most of the asp form solutions. Finally found XIGLA Form Processer. In 10 minutes I had a sample form up and running and spitting out emails from my IIS server using MS Access as the collection db (included in the XIGLA software) and CDOSYS (already in Server 2003) as the e-mail component. Best part was that I only had to make minor revisions to my existing forms and XIGLA did the rest. Had a couple questions and I got an immediate response from their support team. Good stuff.....
