TopicCrunch, that I mentioned in another reply here, will go to the 1,000th entry for Google, Yahoo and MSN (if there are 1,000 entries!)

And I agree with mjtaylor, it is worth tracking down even to the 1,000th item, if you're working at SEO, have just started with a keyword, new page or site and you want to track progress day by day. It doesn't matter that searchers won't find your page yet, you want to know which way its going, and how fast, to see what effect your actions are having.

Like T-G, I use WebCEO, and it's pretty good, but it's a very expensive solution, just to track position in the SERPs. It's also an ongoing cost, to renew the license - without renewing the license, you're working with an out of date database.
