Angry Default Thread Subscription Mode

When a member posts a new thread, or reply to a topic, can choose to automatically add that thread to their list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.

The default thread subscription mode is: No e-mail notification.

So I would like to add here that it can be a usability problem for novice forums users, and which can lead to users frustration and a reduction of traffic.

Is that probably a bug?

Just my two cents.
