Here is a clear difference between a human being and a SeBOT. A human being can at once see if the new post adds value. Myself, I have made some old posts on WPW that are updated with important and valuable content. So, if I were a BOT, I would index the updated post as fresh content. But I am not a BOT and a BOT is not a human being even if the SE companies use AI to simulate human behaviour.
