The quickest way would be by optimizing the images using a good imaging program like Photoshop. i.e. by reducing the file size, in bytes not pixels. Secondly you could try optimizing the HTML. At present the HTML code is a mess. One way of improving things would be by getting rid of the tables and using DIVs instead. Not an easy task but well worth the effort.

These are caused by JavaScript errors. There are 2 of them. The first one beacuse the RSS link is included within the <SCRIPT> tags. The second concerns the some tracking code placed at the bottom of the page. Cannot help with this.
