THat's the point...
The issue of hosting and bandwidth was my main point. The key with having the videos hosted by YouTube is that you can embed them in a keyword rich page on your site, and have them on YouTube, and post on other video sites and not have to use your own server for hosting and bandwidth.
It's the best of both worlds.
