I'm still getting used to blogging and not sure what to do with this:

In the header.php file there is this section:

<meta name="Description" content="" />
<meta name="keywords" content="" />

Where there are the two =""

can I put my keywords and description in there? It does not seem to be pulling the information from anywhere else. I can't see a command call. I do have the WP plugin WP Header and have information in there but I'm not seeing it in the header.php file

Thanks for any advice you can give me.
