I get it but...if the original poster isn't practicing black-hat and if she didn't change anything, that only leaves one conclusion right? Algo change. Especially with all the talk these last few weeks.
So why not appeal directly instead of changing things willy-nilly and *HOPING* it works, when it may actually hurt you in the long run. Google will usually reply and tell you whether there are penalties accessed.
Code Validity is always a good thing regardless of
SEO and I wouldn't rule it out.
But how can you make this assumption.
