Don't get me wrong nextexternal, but the member said his rankings got lost. There are some tweaks going on at Google, but having a closer look to the site, it is just obvious that if the site have not been penalized it will be soon. Lets sit back and wait.
And about re-inclusion, I think many did not get the point here. Before you request a re-inclusion, you must first fix all that stuff which triggered the filters.
