I sure would like AdCenter if it worked correctly. I was recently converted to the new AdCenter beta, and I have been struggling to get my clients' ppc campaigns running properly for two months now. The previous Adcenter was very nice and I liked it a lot. This one has been one headache after another.

I will give Microsoft this though; their customer service has been exceptional. Believe it or not, but I HAVE ACTUALLY RECEIVED SEVERAL PHONE CALLS from their customer service department to help me with the bugs I've been encountering. In this day and age, that is frankly unbelievable! Try getting an email response from Yahoo in less than 3 days or any response at all that is not automated from Google. Microsoft has truly taken a step above the rest in that category.

Currently, my campaigns are running, but none of the ads show in my account. Of course, this is a major problem for ad testing and Microsoft has sent me a link for some xp xml driver that my system may be missing. We'll see if that works.

My thinking is that the source of the problems occurred in the database migration from my old Adcenter account to the new beta. My guess is that if I started an entirely new account, I wouldn't experience these problems.
