Yea, I've noticed wild shifts and on some days the data just seems wrong. One hit from an obscure keyword and it shows up there. It is still an interesting way to look at keywords.
An odd thing i've noticed is so called cannonical issues.
www.mysite.com shows differently from mysite.com etc. It seems some blogger left off the www so certain words show up there. Strange.
