Not sure there is really an easy way to confirm all the keyword phrases you rank for since this would probably fluctuate all the time for most sites and would be virtually impossible to accomplish without direct access to SE ranking data. As some have suggested, what matters are the keyword phrases for which you are actually getting traffic. Assuming you have statistical tracking of referring URLs for your website, just check those log files to see what traffic is coming from the SEs and for what keyword phrases.

One thing I like about reviewing this type of data is that the SEs will place a site for keyword combinations you never thought of. I always get a kick out of seeing a click through for some strange keyword combo that I never considered possible.
