Nick made some very valid points.
The sites being so similar in design will cause confusion, I would believe. Maybe consider a different site design for one or the other. Also, using the animated along with photo's, for some reason just isn't eye appealing for me. Maybe it is for some. That is again, just my opinion.
Also, I fully agree, if the text is underlined, it makes it appear to be a clickable link.
Other than that, the layout is nice, and the sites seem to have much potential. You have a nice business plan it seems, and I wish you prosperity with them.
