It would be much simpler to instead include a form field for YouTube embed code. They upload to YouTube, send you the code to embed, then you simply include the code on their page in your directory.

The reason you want to do it this way is that if there are copyright infringement issues or other issues, it's not on your site, you're not responsible. You won't ever have bandwidth issues either, since you won't be hosting the video, even if it does show on your webpage.
