<TITLE>SiteTitle</TITLE>
vs
<META name="title" content="WebPageSubject" />
Should they be the same?
Should the <TITLE> be the same on all pages? (as insinuated by your note)
I would appreciate everyone's input on this. (Or point me to a current topic that delves into this thoroughly.
