I have been asked by my Boss to work on the redesign of our company website..

I would like to have your views on the same. . Then I would like to know what is the easiest way to manage it ? Should we integrate that with CMS (Joomla ?)

I would also like to have your views on "How should a company website look like?" It would be very helpful if you guys can show me some sample of great existing company websites..
I would also appreciate if you can review our existing site and suggest if we are lacking some subtance in it.
