When we first started in
SEO, we played all the games and obessed with too many details. (4.67 - 5.2% keyword density, blah, blah, blah). These days we keep it simple. Build a quality site that is readable, content rich and build solid link pop.
Note: We still use H1, H2, H3 tags, but you wouldn't know unless you looked at the source code.
