I wanted to thank everyone for the helpful comments you've all left. I really do appreciate it.
I finally made my final decision and went with neither Yahoo Stores or Monster Commerce. I've chosen Volusion.com. It costs around the same per month as Yahoo Stores or Monster Commerce, yet they're not taking a percentage of my sales.
I've already gotten most of the transfer over to my new Volusion site done, and it has gone very smoothly.
So far...I'm very happy with what I see...
