The only thing that will accomplish is you won't rank for anything. Adding unique content based around your niche is what you need to do. Frequency of updates does not matter all that much.
There is some software that like
niche creator (aff) that will generate pages dynamically based on a keyword list. Customization will be required so you don't leave an obvious footprint.
