My site is currently not well ranked on Google even though I follow every guidline I know of, lots of content, updates, etc. When I do find the site in search results and click to get the pages left out I get hundreds more that have been indexed but don't show without clicking to get the left out pages. Does this mean they are all dumped in the dead zone?

The most likely cause I can think of is that many pages have a pop-up menu to find cars by make or price range so of course all the links to list of cars by make are duplicated in the code of many pages. I didn't see this as a problem as any menu bar has links on every page to the same pages but its all I can think of.

It would significantly reduce the usability of the site if I have to cut this out but unless anyone can offer better advice it looks like I don't have a choice.
