There are rules about transferring more than once in 60 days, but this sounds like pure BS.
Funny how preferences and bad experiences work, I make all my customers quit network solutions and go to GoDaddy. I'd much rather deal with them than netsol. For one thing I have never been able to figure out the ticket system on netsol. If a support reply goes to my bulk email I have no way of following up through the web site.
