This is my first ever post....what an incredible website!!! I've recently got into designing websites and am still pretty awful at it (being a print designer).

I had a website www.puredesigninternational.com (which I hosted on my local wanadoo free space). Then I decided to purchase some hosting so bought www.puredesigninternational.co.uk and then pointed the .com website to the .co.uk (2 websites with exactly the same content).

Is this a no, no? I noticed my google rankings (which wasn't great to start with) has gone worse.....hmmmm!!!! Any thoughts as to what I could do? Have I made a faux-pas?
